Porcelain wear-resistant pipes, chromium carbide wear-resistant pipes, wear-resistant steel pipes, anti-corrosion wear-resistant pipes, basic knowledge of continuous high temperature wear-resistant pipes, I hope it can be helpful.
If the production enterprise puts into use chromium carbide wear-resistant pipeline for the second time, it is necessary to formulate scientific and reasonable post-assignment, timely and designated maintenance preparation on the premise of normal start-up, so as to check the availability of the pipeline and ensure the continuous and stable operation of production and manufacturing.
Application of Spray Paint Chromium Carbide Porcelain Coating
Chromium carbide porcelain coating can be used as wear-resistant particle wear, hard surface damage and erosion wear coating below 540 ℃, cavitation resistance coating; Corrosion-resistant damage coating of parts commonly used in organic chemicals below 250 ℃ (subject to appropriate grouting reinforcement), such as piston rod, plunger pump chemical machinery equipment shaft, pump hydraulic seal, wear ring, rotary vane pump, cylinder liner, exhaust fan, grinding and polishing fixture, etc; chemical fiber damage-resistant coatings, such as the guide wire wheel, friction wheel, sella roller, etc. of chemical fiber spinning machines; radiant heat transfer coatings, such as heating tube building coatings, etc.; magnetic absorption and wear-resistant coatings, such as tape recorders, etc. Because the coating has good lubricity to mud, it can also be used as a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant hydrophilic coating on the surface of water rollers and other parts of printing equipment.
What are the characteristics of chromium carbide coating?
Chromium oxide (Cr2O3) is a dark green powder with metallic texture and belongs to hexagonal crystal system or amorphous crystal. Its melting point is 2265 to 2435 radiography and its density is 5.2g/cm3, which is a neutral metal oxide.
Chromium oxide has very good coating process characteristics, its coating process standard is wide, the sensitivity to the overtemperature generated in the painting process is relatively small, and the coating part is not easy to dry and crack when the overtemperature occurs. The chromium oxide coating has good water absorption properties and produces a uniform layer of shrinkage water on the surface of the coating. Spray coating is very high density, high bond strength with the regular, very easy to carry out cutting, polishing and other mechanical processing (arc spraying and reproduction). However, the accumulation efficiency of pure chromium oxide powder is relatively low, so it will increase the cost of coating. Plasma-sprayed chromium oxide coatings have very stable chemical properties, do not dissolve in acids, alkalis, salts and various organic solvents, and have excellent resistance to material pre-immersion corrosion, but dissolve in hot sodium bromide solution (arc spraying and reproduction). The chromium oxide coating produced by flame spraying or plasma spraying is relatively high density, and the coating is not dissolved in acid, alkali and ethanol. After a moderate sealing treatment, the coating can be applied from an environment with organic chemical corrosive substances.
