Under 1000-1100 degrees, Chromium Carbide is a kind of high melting point inorganic material, which has a good wear-corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance characteristics. Sintered with NiCr powder in high temperature to be NiCr-Cr3C2 powder, can be a perfect wear-corrosion resistance thermal spraying material, Widely used In aircraft engines and petrochemical machinery, the life of machinery can be greatly improved . Adding Cr3C2 in hard metals, not only can refine WC grain, but also improve alloy’s tensile strength and hardness, and can significantly improve corrosion resistance.
